This selfie is not just any selfie. Eleven people who participated in the grin behind Idris Elba - the British actor who hosted The Best FIFA Football Awards 2017 - is the best winning eleven of the world today in the category of FIFA FIFPro World XI 2017.
They are Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus); Dani Alves (PSG), Leonardo Bonucci (AC Milan), Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid), Marcelo (Real Madrid); Luka Modric (Real Madrid), Toni Kroos (Real Madrid), Andres Iniesta (Barcelona); Lionel Messi (Barcelona), Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid), and Neymar (PSG).
There are five players in Madrid who entered FIFA FIFPro World XI 2017, namely Marcelo in the left back position, Sergio Ramos (center back), Toni Kroos and Luka Modric (midfield), and Cristiano Ronaldo (attacker).
Juventus, who lost to Madrid in the Champions League final last season, sent Gianluigi Buffon in the goalkeeper position. Two players who defended Juve last season, Dani Alves and Leonardo Bonucci, also entered the team, each in the right-back and center-back.
