Smile! Make it a beautiful day to someone! :) Smiling broadly - You realize that you only give half of your smile when you try to just be polite? As in the elevator for example, or bumping into someone at the door, or waiting in line. Why not practice gives them a sincere smile? As this will reduce the awkwardness you and your potential to make the day a person to be beautiful, or make new friends. Smile at work - Living under routine can make us like robots, such as in the workplace. Came in the morning, start the work, lunch break, and come home in the afternoon, and so on. Every day we go through the same routine. Your goal is to go to work, do your job and we often forget the colleagues around you. So the challenge is to practice with a beaming smile when you come to work. Sincere smile with every person you meet at the office. Make you happy to see them and bring more joy into the lives of others. Ask sincerely and spirit to them "How are you?" Or "How is your weekend?". Then look at the smiles on their faces? A small compliment with your smile - When you meet or deal with people, look for things that you admire or love about them, however small, let them know. A small genuine praise can lift their spirits for a long time. I have found useful things that make me smile. Some moments that makes me smile is: - When my children were babies smile. - When I enjoy the taste of a cup of tea creamer. - When I read the comments left by readers. - When my wife welcomed me back at home. - When I and the team managed to reach the target. You might want to take a few minutes to make a list of things that will bring a smile on your face. Other Tips To Bring More Smile In Your Life Journal smile - For two weeks, record the moments that make a beautiful smile you out. If you feel down, see the back of the book and look for things that make you smile. Felt again the experience would remind yourself to get back into a positive. You can not physically angry and smile at the same time. But in physiological psychology, if there is a conflict between the physical act with the feeling in you, then the feeling would be shifted to match your circumstances beyond. So one way to change your emotions is to change your physiology. Appreciation - Identify things that you are grateful for, and then focus on those things as much as possible. Humor - Create a schedule for watching a movie comedy. Hanging out with people who make you laugh. Pamper yourself - When we feel more connected to ourselves, we feel joy and tend to have more smiles. Look innocence - Observe small children or pets at play freely. Watch their innocence, enjoy their presence with you. Are you smiling? Do you feel happy for them? That's because you are connected with the same innocence in yourself.
